David W. Carson is an artist, scientist and entrepreneur, working at the intersection of real estate, climate risk and environmental science. Joined by the nation's best in climate modelling, geo-spatial analysis and holistic risk assessment, David directs the business development division of Coastal Risk Consulting.
Prior to joining CRC, David served as founding agent for the tech-startup, Compass, co-founded Alchemy Related Companies and worked alongside an international consortium of scientists at the Institute of Water and Climate Risk in Amsterdam. David is a practicing painter and poet with a focus on issues of environmental conservation and climate migration
